For the second unit we will be writing an autobiography
We will

the 5 steps of the writing process
We will
read
a biography of a selected individual

write
an autobiography

By the end of this unit students will:
Be able to define and identify the 5 parts of a paper
Have had multiple experiences reading with and discussing the difference between a biography and an autobiography
Be able to work both inside and outside of class to develop a strong grammatical knowledge base
Be able to create a autobiography as evidence of their learning
Be able to assess the quality of the work of a classmate using the 6 trait writing rubric
